Precast concrete
Septic Tanks
Precast septic tanks are made using a process known as “precast concrete”. This process involves pouring a concrete mixture into a desired shape by pouring it into a form or mold. The form or mold is typically made of metal, aluminum, fiberglass or laminated wood and is designed to hold the concrete in place while it cures. Once the concrete has cured, the form is removed, and the precast product or septic tank is ready to be installed. Precast concrete is made using a combination of water, cement, aggregate, sand, admixtures, fiber and steel reinforcement, also known as rebar. The admixture, rebar and fiber allows for greater strength and durability.
We build over 30 different variations of septic tanks, both precast concrete and poly tanks.
